Amidst the blockchain hype of 2017, we took a unique and practical approach.
We worked with clients to sprint prototypes, testing viability and proof of concept. We trained them, we empowered them, a week later we left them. Our happy clients now knew what this new tech could do for them.
This story still captures our spirit today. We’re action oriented, we’re do-ers, we target impact on the ground, not big documents and endless engagements.
Our name speaks to a coming together of Tech, People and Culture. Even the hardest, deep rooted social, environmental and business problems can be tackled when these three forces come together.

We develop innovative, purpose driven products identified from our global Digital Transformation work. Our first SaaS product – C.TI – is a verifiable credentials platform and digital identity wallet gaining rapid traction across education, corporate and government. Watch out for an upcoming announcement on our Data Platform.
We are one of a new breed of consultants, putting our head, heart and guts to work for our clients. This means we’re experts in our fields, we work with purpose and we take on even the hardest, most deep rooted problems.
We get on the ground to truly understand.
We think about where tech is used, as much as tech itself.
We’re here to solve problems, not to show we’re clever.
Our docs are short, our thinking practical.
Solve problems then move on.
We don’t want to sustain clients endlessly.
With the passing of Kim, our Chief Identity Officer, the Convergence.Tech family lost a dear colleague and the world lost a legend. Widely regarded as the godfather of digital identity, Kim authored the pre-eminent ‘Laws of Identity’ and was a true genius with a kindred spirit.
After Microsoft, Kim could have chosen to work anywhere. He chose us and a special partnership grew over tech, food and helping people.Thank you Kim for including us in your amazing journey, we will do our part to keep your legacy alive.
